Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Talkora Brass Institute website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the services. If you use the services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Course Access and License
Subject to payment of fees, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content for personal or internal business training. You may not share login credentials, resell content, or publicly distribute materials without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with normal operation. You will comply with all applicable laws and safety codes when applying course knowledge.
6. Payments and Refunds
Fees are due at enrollment. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 25% of the course has been viewed. Refunds are credited to the original payment method where possible.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding specific outcomes. Always verify local codes and conditions before performing work. We are not responsible for misuse of the information or for conditions outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the course giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by TBI or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for suspected fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your license to access content ends.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes shall be in New York County, New York.
